For salads, try the Favola Salad, made up of baby spinach, endive, fennel, radicchio, semi-dried cherry tomatoes, rye bread, crispy parmesan and topped with pomegranate dressing. Squid ink lovers will love the Squid Ink Tonnarelli with prawns, scallops, mussels, clams, squid and lobster toasted with olive oil, garlic, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and dry chilies wrapped in foil and baked in the oven.
