KOTA MARUDU FESTIVAL

9TH BORNEO ECO FILM FESTIVAL (BEFF)
BEFF is back! The Borneo Eco Film Festival (BEFF) is an annual non-profit event celebrating Borneo’s biocultural diversity through showcasing environmental films, nurturing local community filmmaking and empowering youth towards sustainable action. It’s a weekend of environmental films from around the world, screened to the public for free at Suria Sabah. Come join leading experts, filmmakers and community members at panels, workshops and interactive activities. Discover the fun and easy steps you can take towards a more sustainable lifestyle. Visit booths from participating NGOs, social enterprises and creative craft-makers. The Eco Art Carnival is also a highlight with eco-inspired art installations are on display. BEFF is organised by the voluntary society Melapi (Society for Holistic Outreach, Research and Environmental Action). All for free!
