Sandakan Cultural Carnival 2007

Date : 09 - 10 June 2007

This event is held in Sandakan, the second largest city in Sabah known as the 'gateway to Borneo's wildlife'. The city is well-known for its intriguing history, nature and wildlife. For an enriching cultural experience, come and join the local folks through a fascinating display of kenduri adat (traditional feast), colorful dances performance, crafts and traditional games.



Join the merriment and discover Sabah's many colourful cultures during the Cultural Carnival 2007. Enjoy traditional dance performances and exhibitions on ethnic craft-making. Learn more about various traditional games passed on from generation to generation and be entertained by a great line-up of song and dance. It’s a great opportunity to explore Sabah's many quaint districts and get to know the friendly folks. See you there!
