The Palace Hotel Kota Kinabalu was our number one choice when we were looking for a Sabah hotel to use as a base. The Kota Kinabalu weather as well as the draw of things to do in Borneo meant Sabah was a place that we just had to visit. The Palace Hotel may not be the cheapest hotel in Kota Kinabalu but it is definitely one of the best hotels in Kota Kinabalu.
